Contact

This is a small independent reference site with no public email address and no support desk. The fastest way to raise an issue is through the community discussions on this site — post a comment on the relevant page and it will be seen.

Running contact this way is deliberate. An inbox for a site about an adult brand would fill with account-recovery requests, takedown demands, and spam within days, and none of those can be handled here. Public discussions keep everything visible and on-topic.

What to write about

Corrections: if a fact on this site is wrong, say which sentence and what the correct information is, with a source. Factual corrections are welcome and get priority.
Impersonator domains: if you have seen a lookalike domain pretending to be xHamster or pretending to be this site, describing it in a comment helps other readers. Do not post the full link — describe the domain name in words.
Legal and policy updates: age-verification laws are moving fast. If a new law or court decision changes something stated here, flag it.

What this site cannot do

It cannot help with xHamster accounts, billing, uploads, takedowns, or technical problems. Those belong to xHamster's own support channels, which are not linked here. It also cannot give legal advice about adult-content law in your country.

Privacy and moderation

Do not post personal details — no real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account information — in public comments. Comments are moderated. Anything explicit, abusive, off-topic, or containing links to adult sites will be removed. Repeated abuse gets blocked.

Response times vary. This is a one-person reference project, not a staffed helpdesk — but every on-topic comment is read.

One more note: this site will never ask you for money, login credentials, or personal documents. Anyone contacting you claiming to represent this site and asking for such things is an impostor.
